Ban AZ Photo Radar
Turning Point Action
Take Action Now
Arizona’s photo radar ban is one step closer to reaching the voters—but time is running out. SCR1002, which would prohibit the use of photo enforcement systems across the state, has already passed the Senate and the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. It has now been released from the House Committee on Government, and the final step is critical.
We need Speaker Montenegro to calendar SCR1002 for a full House vote immediately. This measure does not require another committee hearing—there are no more excuses or delays. If Speaker Montenegro doesn’t act now, Arizona voters could lose their chance to weigh in on photo radar in 2026.
Tweet, call, and email Speaker Montenegro today- tell him you support SCR1002 and want the right to vote YES on banning photo radar! It’s time to return power to the people and stop automated surveillance and ticketing on Arizona roads.
"No law should presume guilt without the specificity required in the 4th Amendment. It should be the people who decide how they're governed, let voters decide this critical issue. "
