To truly Make America Healthy Again, we must ensure the Farm Bill upholds transparency. While H.R. 7567 contains vital wins for national security and nutrition, it also contains dangerous provisions that protect special interests at the expense of our nation's health.

We strongly urge the removal of Sections 10205, 10206, and 10207 from this bill. As currently written, these provisions would grant pesticide manufacturers, including those owned by foreign adversaries, total immunity from lawsuits, these sections would also strip power from our local communities, preventing states from setting their own safety standards to protect children from toxic exposure. Furthermore, they would codify regulatory capture by allowing companies to use EPA approval as a permanent shield against accountability. Striking these sections is the only way to ensure that corporations remain accountable to the American people.

Call the members of the House Rules Committee today and urge them to strike Sections 10205, 10206, and 10207 before H.R. 7567 advances to the floor. Americans deserve a food system that puts our families' long-term health and national security first.
