Acknowledge, Research and Help the Vaccine Injured

Are you aware of the large and growing group of American citizens who have experienced serious adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines, including Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J? Despite being previously healthy, they have suffered a wide range of debilitating symptoms, including paralysis, neurological issues, and chronic illness. The lack of acknowledgement by our government has resulted in gaslighting by many in the medical community causing additional harm. The vaccine injured have been censored and banned for simply telling a true story of their injury or that of family or a friend. This is un-American. Our government must be more transparent. We respectfully request assistance from Congress to address concerns and enhance the response to adverse events related to the Covid vaccines.

• Congress must urge the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to engage with the vaccine injured, researchers, treating doctors and the public, to listen to concerns. Congress should urge CDC to communicate the full range and frequency of potential adverse reactions to the Covid vaccine to the medical community and the public.

• We call on Congress to direct the CDC to clear the backlog of Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) reports and promptly commence analysis of the data. Congress should allocate necessary funding to update the current VAERS system and request monthly safety data to ensure that adverse events are being appropriately evaluated and reported.

• We also recommend that Congress urge CDC and the National Institutes for Health to invest in a study to enhance the United States Government's identification and response to adverse events that may arise following Covid vaccination.

Did you know Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson & Johsnon (JNJ) can’t be sued if someone is severely injured by their Vaccine? The law offers no one to blame if any individual suffers a severe adverse effect after inoculation. This is un-American and it MUST be changed. People who suffered harm as a result of receiving a Covid vaccine should be able to seek compensation from the manufactures. These companies are responsible for their products and safety trials, and therefore should have full liability for any harm their products caused. The current government reimbursement programs for people harmed by vaccines is also woefully inadequate.

• We urge Congress to overhaul the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) and the Vaccine Injury Compensation (VIC) program to include Covid vaccine injured individuals who are severely injured, who have lost their jobs and are at risk of losing their homes.

Did you know that many vaccine injured have spent tens of thousands of dollars of their own money for treatment? They have had to seek care outside of their regular medical system because their own doctors would not recognize their condition as being from the vaccine or they do not know how to treat them. Some doctors have been afraid to treat with off-label drugs, even when vaccine injured have shown improvement from certain off label drugs.

• We call on Congress to pass legislation permitting the right to try for those suffering from Covid-19 and vaccine injuries, including funding and direction for early intervention measures.

Are you aware that a significant number of vaccine inured reacted to the first dose and were advised by their doctor to not get any further doses? As a result, some were not able to continue a normal life, such as travel, go to a gym or even work, because they are considered “unvaccinated.” There continues to be reports of a possible “vaccine passport” in the near future.

• We urge Congress to pass legislation to ensure that the "vaccine passport" does not take root in the United States.

• We urge Congress to pass legislation making it illegal to discriminate based on vaccine status.
