On June 24, 2022, the American College of Surgeons put out a statement regarding the Supreme Court Decision in Dobbs vs. Jackson Women's Health Case.

Here is the summary of the statement:

"The American College of Surgeons (ACS) has long opposed governmental interference in the clinical practice of medicine and in the privileged physician-patient relationship."

We are asking you to take a few moments and email the American College of Surgeons to stand by their statement in all fields of medical practice and urge them to make a statement against AB 2098. We are also asking for all California Senators to vote no on AB 2098. AB 2098 is a Bill that would designate the dissemination or promotion of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or Covid-19 by a physician or surgeon as unprofessional conduct, allowing the Medical Board to take action against such physician or surgeon.

Our hope is that the ACS will put out the same statement in regards to AB 2098.

This campaign is directly related to the opposition of California Assembly Bill 2098. The Unity Project is not making a statement or opinion on the issues of the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs vs. Jackson.
