Investigate Cover-Up of the COVID Vaccine Safety Data

On behalf of ICAN, vaccine and civil rights attorney Aaron Siri sued the CDC to get their V-SAFE data. V-Safe is a new smartphone-based CDC program that allows users to register after getting a Covid-19 vaccine and provide health check-ins. Why did it take 463 days for the CDC to release this important data?

"Now that we have [the V-SAFE data] and we've looked at that data, of the 10 million users within V-SAFE, 7.7 percent of them had to seek medical care after vaccination. This is an incredibly high percentage!" -- Aaron Siri, lead council for ICAN referring to information in a recent FOIA request on CDC V-Safe data.

Thanks to another recent FOIA request, we also now know that the CDC’s VAERS safety signal analysis, based on reports from Dec. 14, 2020 – July 29, 2022, for the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, shows clear safety signals for death and a range of highly concerning thrombo-embolic, cardiac, neurological, hemorrhagic, hematological, immune-system and menstrual adverse events (AEs). These are in addition to the well-known myocarditis serious adverse events affecting so many of our youth and young adults that frequently result in death or disability.

The CDC recently released new data showing some 782,900 people reported seeking medical attention, emergency room care and/or hospitalization following COVID-19 vaccination and another 2.5 million people reported needing to miss school, work or other normal activities immediately following their vaccination.

According to a recent Rasmussen Report, nearly half of Americans think COVID-19 vaccines may be to blame for many unexplained deaths, and more than a quarter say someone they know could be among the victims.

Government must investigate why the CDC did not make the safety concerns public. Instead, the CDC continues to say “they are safe“ and “they are effective.” Neither of these statements is true.

We need transparency and we can’t run away from the fact that these vaccine injuries and deaths are happening at an alarming rate.

We call on our government to investigate the harms caused by the COVID-19 vaccines and hold accountable anyone involved in perpetuating the obvious cover-up and withholding of this information. It’s clear from the recent revelations coming out of the internal Twitter and Facebook documents, that there has been censorship of factual information, which has resulted in harm to the American People.

On June 16, 2022, in a response to a FOIA request submitted by Josh Guetzkow, along with Children’s Health Defense, the CDC admitted that they had not monitored VAERS for safety signals from the COVID-19 vaccines, although they said they would.

On July 23, 2022, Zachary Stieber of The Epoch Times reported that the CDC reversed itself and stated in an e-mail to him that the “CDC has been performing PRRs since Feb 2021, and continues to do so to date.”

On August 11, 2022, Stieber published another article after the CDC reached out to him, and admitted the CDC had not been performing PRRs since February 2021.

Apparently, they only got around to doing them starting on March 25, 2022, and stopped on July 31. That article was titled “CDC Admits It Gave False Information About COVID-19 Vaccine Surveillance.”
