For more than 50 years, Title IX has protected women athletes. This landmark civil rights law created a level playing field for women and girls, it made sure they were treated fairly in competition and funding, and it respected their privacy.

Until now.

The Biden administration has proposed a radical and risky change to Title IX. Instead of protecting female athletes, Biden wants to allow men to compete against them. Instead of honoring their hard work and sacrifice, Biden wants men to steal their victories and scholarships. And instead of respecting their privacy, Biden wants men to have full access to their locker rooms and showers.
