The Biden administration is rewriting Title IX, the 1970s-era law that opened school sports to women and girls.

Ignoring all the progress girls and women have made over the last five decades, Biden is effectively overturning Title IX by forcing women to compete against men.

Under new rules proposed by the Department of Education, universities would be prohibited from organizing sports exclusively for biological women.

The mandate would overturn laws in 20 states – including Florida, Texas, and Tennessee – that have already moved to protect girls, women, and women’s sports as the Left has waged its culture war against women.

The Biden Administration’s new order ignores biological facts, and rejects scientific reality. There are biological differences between men’s and women’s strength and endurance, both of which are often determinative of success in sports. Female athletes deserve a chance to compete against other female athletes, without having to worry about competing against men.

Congress has the authority to stop the Biden Administration’s attack on girls and women, and on Title IX. Contact your U.S. Representative and your two U.S. Senators and tell them to save women’s sports!
