Stop Rank Choice Voting (RCV):
- SB63 Is a Flawed and Weak Bill with Few Safeguards
- SB63 allows RCV to be “backdoored” into local elections
Ask our Legislators to Change SB63 to a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT-
(Ban Rank Choice Voting and Codifying it Into the Ohio Constitution)
Problems with RCV:
- Negates “One Person One Vote”, as written in our US Constitution
- Is funded by Dark Money non-profit organizations
- Results in mistakes on ballots and “Trash Can Ballots”
- Ballots are thrown out if voters do not rank every candidate
- Voting takes longer, creates delays and errors in the process
- Lengthier ballots are also more expensive to print and mail
- It is nearly impossible to audit
"Ranked Choice Voting (RCV) is an election integrity doomsday cult, but how do we explain a system so steeped in confusion and misinformation."
