The House Intelligence Committee is pushing through a "compromise" FISA 702 bill called the HPSCI.

Per Senator Mike Lee, the HPSCI bill would make it easier for the FBI to spy on Americans without a warrant.
- Codifies the FBIs current status quo warrantless spying activities
- Section 504 expands the scope of FISA 702 to public WIFI or businesses offering WIFI service.
- The NSA could demand WIFI data without a warrant
- Expands warrantless searches of legal immigrants

Every member of Congress should be speaking boldly against this travesty of a bill that tramples on the 4th Amendment of the Constitution.

Fortunately, Congressman Biggs has submitted the Protect Liberty Act to forbid warrantless searches "unrelated to an imminent national security."

Please ask your member of Congress to VOTE YES on the Protect Liberty Act and VOTE NO on HPSCI so-called Compromise FISA bill.
