TELL THE MARICOPA COUNTY RECORDER TO CLEAN THE VOTER ROLLS

In the United States, only US citizens are eligible to vote in Federal elections. However, there are voters who can't prove their citizenship who the Federal government still allows to register to vote as long as they attest they are citizens. These voters are called Federal-Only voters.

This creates a big risk because any illegal voter could lie and still vote.

In Maricopa County, there are now 26,553 voters who have not proven their citizenship:

The county recorders could use a DHS database to validate whether these voters are citizens, but the current Arizona Secretary of State has not given them access to this database.

The County Recorders could communicate directly with DHS to secure the necessary information to ensure that only US citizens are registered to vote.

Through our attorney, America First Legal, Strong Communities Foundation and AZ Free Enterprise Club sent a letter to Maricopa County and the other 14 counties to ask them to confirm if they are utilizing the DHS database as the Federal Only voters have now surpassed 35k voters.

Make your voice heard by telling the Maricopa County Recorder that you want our voter rolls cleaned by doing the following:
(1) Submit a request to DHS for citizenship confirmation of all federal-only voters registered in your county.

Here is the email that will be sent to the Maricopa County Recorder:
As a concerned citizen, I am writing to urge you to review the 26k+ Federal Only voters you have registered and confer with DHS to confirm whether or not they are legal citizens. If any are not legal citizens, they should be removed from the voter rolls.

America First Legal, on behalf of Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona and Arizona Free Enterprise Club, recently sent you a letter with instructions on how to utilize DHS to ensure none of the Federal-Only voters are registered illegally.

Specifically, the letter asked for you to confirm that you have "submitted a request to DHS for citizenship confirmation of all federal-only registered voters in your county."

Please confirm if these 26k+ voters have been submitted to DHS and if this is a regular part of your voter registration vetting process.

Please do not let my vote be canceled in November by non-citizens who illegally registered to vote!
