Despite a worsening crisis at the border, President Biden and his administration continue to lie to the American people that the border is secure.

Rather than secure the border to combat new records for migrant deaths, suspected terrorist apprehensions, and fentanyl seizures, Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has unlawfully expanded parole and regularly released the majority of the illegal immigrants apprehended.

Rep. James Comer (R-KY) is leading the GOP’s effort in the U.S. House to hold the Biden administration accountable for its handling of the border crisis, beginning with a February 2 deadline for document disclosure and a February 6 hearing.
